Returns and Refunds

Please read our refund and exchange policies and guidelines carefully before buying products from the site. If you have any issues then pl contact us before purchase else it is presumed that the policies are acceptable to you.


  1. Only products defective/damaged on receipt will be accepted for returns/refunds.
  2. Customer need to raise an alert with us within 2 working days from the date of delivery for being eligible for the return.
  3. Only those products will be eligible for return which are received by us within 7 working days of the date of delivery
  4. Spaceage security system retains the rights to examine whether the product returned is defective/damaged. In case product is defective then Spaceage will replace the product with same or a higher model and ship to the customer's original shipping address, subject to the availability of the stock of the product. In case Spaceage is unable to ship back same or higher  model then it shall refund the full cost of product.
  5. In case the returned product is not defective or is damaged then the customer will be informed about the same and the same product will be reshipped to the original shipping address of the order.
  6. Product for refund/replaceent/warraty should be sent freight pre- paid to Spaceage. Spaceage shall ship the product back freight prepaid. The Original Copy of  Invoice of purchase must be sent alongwith as proof-of-purchase for making a refund claim.
  7. To process any refund case, the goods should be returned back in its original packaging including the contents, invoice and documents. Refund cheques will be sent in the name of buyer and to the billing address of the refunded order.
  8. Seller will not accept returns in case of  damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
    1. Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
    2. Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
    3. Any damage of the product during shipment.
    4. Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
    5. Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect. The total liability of Spaceage under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. Spaceage shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.
