Shipment Policies

  1.  We normally ship the order within 48 working hours. through  a recognized courier. Spaceage shall ship orders to only those locations that are covered by it;s courier service provider. The order shall normally  be delivered in 1-4 business days depending up to your location in India. In some case it may take longer to deliver the shipment due to local factors or factors beyond control of Spaceage. However, in case of delays due to unforeseeable reasons or reasons beyond control of Spaceage, Spaceage shall not be held responsible.
  2. In the shipment is not delivered on account of a mistake by User (e.g. wrong name, address or premises found closed) any extra cost incurred by Spaceage for redelivery shall be paid by the User. 
  3. Please do not accept any shipment that seems damaged or tampered. In such case you may open the shipment in with consent and in presence of the delivery person and accept only if the contents are safe else return the shipment after marking 'Damaged shipment'.
  4.  Spaceage shall not entertain any claim for physical damage or short shipment if not informed with 24 hours of receipt of shipment. 
  5. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless we have shipped the wrong item.
  6. Shipments that are refused or not-accepted and/or returned for any reason are subject to a 10% restocking fee. 
  7. In case Spaceage is not able to execute any order for any reason then it shall inform the customer and refund the full money paid by the customer.
  8. The total liability of Spaceage under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. Spaceage shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.
