Warranty

Spaceage is liable to provide warranty services as per-following terms:

  1. Copy of the Original Invoice of-purchase must accompany the product  as proof-of-purchase for warranty claim. In case original invoice is not available then servicing of warranty shall be at discretion of Spaceage
  2. The customer shall send the product freight prepaid and Spaceage shall ship back the product freight prepaid.
  3. The warranty duration for products is 3 months from date of purchase unless otherwise mentioned differently on the product detail page. All warranty are from the  manufacturer.
  4. In case Spaceage is not able to repair or replace the product then it may ship back a higher model to the customer or refund the full cost of product at it's discretion.
  5. Natural wear and tear or deterioration in capacity / back up time ( in battery),cosmetic problems/scratches or similar are  not covered in warranty
  6. Spaceage will not provide warranty in case of  damage, deterioration or malfunction resulting from:
    • Accident, misuse, neglect, fire, water, lightening, or other acts of nature, unauthorized product modification, or failure to follow instructions supplied with the product.
    • Repair or attempted repair by anyone not authorized by us.
    • Any damage of the product during shipment.
    • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
    • Any other cause which does not relate to a manufacturing defect.

The total liability of Spaceage under all counts for transaction on this portal shall be limited to the value of the product bought by the customer. Spaceage shall not be responsible for any subsequent or consequential loss on any account.
